The youth group from Faith Community Church decorated Mickey's Marine float. This float/boat is normally used in the Krewe of Aquarius Mardi Gras parades. It was pulled by Kenny Nigrelle big red truck (as seen below). |

After the parade, Bayou Vista resident Bill Spenny (who works at NASA), put on a great presentation about the astronauts spacesuits. Each child was able to try on a helmet and glove. Kids were also given NASA stickers and other cool NASA stuff. |
